The four-year nationwide deal will help social landlords with day-to-day repairs, void property works, safety, clearance, pest management, disrepair works and phone centre providers.
It is because of launch in October 2026 and will probably be used to name off work by way of aggressive or direct choice.

Earlier variations of the Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework have delivered 129 contracts price greater than £490m.
Peter Francis, group govt director (operations) at Fusion21, mentioned: “Demand for responsive repairs and void property providers has remained persistently robust, and this third iteration displays the continued wants and priorities of the sector.
“The framework has been strategically formed to allow members to realize worth for cash and excessive service requirements, whereas embedding social worth into each venture.”
