Developer Wain Properties has simply struck a cope with the agency to ship the total civil engineering bundle for a serious new inexperienced discipline housing scheme at Cottam in Lancashire.
The challenge, understood to be value as much as £20m, will see round 429 houses constructed, with PAS taking over roads, sewers, groundworks, and Part 278 works.
The contract strengthens PAS’s relationship with Wain Properties, following its present work at Cardwell Farm in Barton.
Operations director Dave Andrews stated the deal was “proper within the candy spot” for the corporate and fitted its progress technique because it targets £50m turnover subsequent 12 months.
This newest win comes after PAS’s latest challenge successes at Moss Nook in St Helens for Watkin Jones and Torus, and Peel Corridor Backyard Village, Warrington for Vistry.
