Habiko submits first 240-home scheme in Warrington

The inexpensive properties partnership between Muse, Pension Insurance coverage Company and Properties England has submitted proposals to Warrington Borough Council to redevelop land off Academy Method, on the location of the previous DW Sports activities constructing.

The plans would ship one and two-bed inexpensive flats throughout two six-storey buildings organized round a central landscaped courtyard.

Owned by Warrington Council, the Academy Method website sits instantly south-east of the Time Sq. district and successfully represents part two of the broader city centre regeneration.

AHR Architects has designed the scheme with venture supervisor Hive Initiatives, price guide Abacus, constructing providers engineer Hannan Associates, structural engineer Curtins.

Habiko launched in late 2024 as a three way partnership focusing on the supply of three,000 inexpensive properties throughout England over the subsequent 12 years.
