A three way partnership between Peveril Securities and PMI Developments will ship 247 pupil rooms on Glasshouse Avenue within the metropolis’s Eastside space.
Designed by Nottingham-based CPMG Architects, the purpose-built lodging will characteristic 37 shared cluster flats and 50 studios in buildings starting from three to 9 storeys.
The scheme, first proposed in spring 2022, has been reshaped following shut session with Nottingham Metropolis Council and key stakeholders.
