WASHINGTON, DC — The Design-Construct Institute of America (DBIA) is honored to announce Linnell Stanhope, DBIA; Kathy Tuznik, DBIA; and Nick Ulliman, PE, MBA, DBIA, because the winners of the 2023 Distinguished Leadership Awards.
