Leeds-based Khalbros and Torsion Group JV has appointed the skilled group to form the four-hectare mixed-use scheme stretching from Vicar Lane to Bridge Road and as much as the A64(M).
The long-neglected patch of floor automotive parks and drained plots is earmarked for a dense new neighbourhood of properties, workspace, leisure and hospitality wrapped round main public realm and inexperienced infrastructure.
The JV, which secured the positioning final April and is now in pre-application talks with Leeds Metropolis Council forward of a public session within the first half of 2026.
