The 135-hectare scheme, dubbed Thrive Park, will ship 3 million sq ft of business house, with round a 3rd earmarked for superior manufacturing.
IM Properties stated the park would assist deal with a crucial scarcity of employment land within the area, with only one 12 months’s strategic provide remaining alongside the M42 hall.
If authorized, Thrive shall be developed in phases and embrace house for start-ups, producers and logistics corporations inside a landscaped setting that includes orchards, allotments and lakes.

Buildings for start-ups would be the UK’s first industrial models designed to Passivhaus requirements, and the entire web site will help all-electric operations. A central mobility hub will provide e-scooters, EV charging and buses.
The plan spans each North Warwickshire Borough Council and Birmingham Metropolis Council areas.
