Eight take key spots on £250m Prosper framework

The four-year framework is ready as much as serve councils, housing associations, colleges, NHS trusts and emergency companies.

Bell Group, Fortem, Lovell, Novus, Equans, Esh Development, RE:GEN North East and CLC Contractors have all been appointed to ship full-service refurbishment and funding works.

This lot was reserved for principal contractors able to delivering all workstreams lined by the framework — together with plumbing, kitchens, electrical, roofing, adorning, home windows, and damp & mould.

These corporations have been barred from going for any of the specialist commerce tons 1–7, which have gone primarily to SMEs like Zenith Mechanical Companies, Sunter, and PHS House Options.
